Hello! Sydney Lindahl here, a service advisor who brings a bubbly, driven, and fun personality into the dealership each day, along with a bright smile. I grew up in Shakopee, MN, and graduated from Shakopee High School and Rasmussen University with an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with others is one of my special skills. I genuinely love being a people person who works hard to ensure our customers leave the dealership satisfied with my service. When it comes to free time, traveling out west is always my top choice, with Yellowstone being my favorite place to travel to. Growing up, I played softball and spent time outdoors with my yellow lab, Lexy. My family owns a flower shop in Shakopee, where I love spending my off days from Luther. Everyone knows me for my outgoing personality and commitment to making the work environment a brighter place!

Sydney provided exceptional advisory service during my first trip to Luther Westside VW Service department! I came in for a 20k miles service not sure what to expect or how much it was going to cost. After pulling into the service bay was promptly met by Sydney as she took down the vin number and asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash. Later Sydney advised me that the 20k and 30k services had previously been accomplished! We decided to do an oil change and tire rotation. After being sent a video from the service tech showing all the checks made under the hood, was notified via text message that the car was ready! During checkout Sydney said the oil change was completed and a tire rotation was not needed. Thanks Sydney for your honesty and professionalism!
