Customers appreciate working with me because of my extensive product knowledge, which I’ve gained over the last forty years of working in the auto industry. I’m from Minneapolis. My main hobby that I enjoy is riding my bike and I’m also a huge fan of fantasy football. I’m proud of my three grand kids and grateful for every visit. Great experience with Rick and Westside Volkswagen. He did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and finding the right vehicles to test drive. During the test drive provided a ton of detail about the vehicles and helped talk through the questions I had on the vehicles I was contemplating for purchased.

I was really happy to have the opportunity to work with Rick. I met him when I walked in the door after seeing a car I thought I wanted online. I didn’t wish to buy the car I thought I saw, but I asked him if they were able to get me a similar car in a different color and much to my surprise after about two weeks they did so. Rick was really good to work with. He kept me updated. He sent me a video of the car and he never put pressure on me to buy the car that they had purchased and brought to Minnesota for me to drive. I did eventually decide to get that car the day after they told me I could come and see it and he was really terrific to work with throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend working with Rick he clearly knew what he was doing was very positive and knowledgeable and extremely friendly!
