Joining the auto industry in 2016 has allowed me to learn more about vehicles and technology, as well as meet some of the most amazing people. It wouldn't matter the role, my ability to adapt is often unmatched. My certifications include being a Ford tech. Working on my project cars is a true hobby and interest. In terms of social discussions, I genuinely enjoy talking about anything. People love my transparency. If I can answer a question, or have the ability to solve an issue, that's exactly what I'm going to do!

Make sure to get everything in writing when requesting services here. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take about an hour. The visit ended up taking nearly two hours, which I was willing to overlook. However, after paying and leaving, I realized the tire rotation had never been done, despite the pricing making it seem like it was included. When I called about it, Richard stated that I never requested a tire rotation, but also said that even if I had, my tire tread showed I “didn’t need one.” I specifically wanted the rotation done, and the situation felt misleading given the total I paid. Overall, I’m very disappointed with my experience and the lack of communication and accountability.

My appt. was routine - a 40K servicing of my Alltrack. Richard is friendly and answered all my questions. The slickest aspect of the visit was getting a video of my car’s engine compartment with commentary by the technician.
