Guests enjoy working with me because of my laid-back personality and commitment to making the process easy-going and stress-free. My automotive career began in 2014, and I love learning more about the industry as a whole. I have received various accomplishments along the way, which include being Master Certified in Sales. When it comes to conversations and interests, I love sports. You can always catch me enjoying a Lakers or Vikings game during the basketball and football seasons. It was great. I appreciate someone who is knowledgeable about the vehicles which is not always the case. Nudge is a Volkswagen driver himself and was able to answer all our questions about the vehicles we were interested in. As well he helped explain how the CPO warranty worked and followed up with our phone inquiries. Would definitely recommend if looking at pre-owned Volkswagens.

Very good, we're just waiting for an engine air filter to be delivered, apparently what your folks in the shop consider as acceptable isn't with us. Also will need to have the tires balanced, vibrates at highway speeds. Thanks, Muriel & Wayne
