I enjoy working in the automotive industry because every single day is different. You see different people, different vehicles, and different issues with all those vehicles. In my five years working here, I’ve found that customers like to work with me because I’m as open as I possibly can be. I know people need their vehicles. I try to streamline the process and lay it out in the best way possible. I’m from Appleton and went to Fox Valley Technical College. I’m a big Wisconsin sports fan: Badgers, Packers, and Brewers! As for sports I play, I continue to love tennis. I enjoy getting out into nature, taking pictures, and exploring new places. I enjoy eating and cooking new foods. I like talking about music, sports, movies, food, and pop culture.

Michael is GREAT!!!!! He always greets me with a smile from the beginning to the end of my service. He has excellent customer service skills. He explains what service my VW needs in detail so I never leave feeling unsure about what my vehicle is getting and what it needs in the future.
