I'm originally from Blaine, MN, but when it comes to vacations, I love traveling to warmer climates. Aruba and the Bahamas are among my favorite destinations.

I brought my car in with a serious issue, clearly describing the problem using the correct terminology and offering to provide more details if needed. I was told that someone named Christian would call me to discuss it, but I never received a call. Later, I was informed that no issues were found, and my car was returned to me—only for it to continue failing. I had to come back, take a team member for a test drive, and prove the severity of the problem before it was finally addressed. Although my car is now fixed, I’m extremely disappointed that no one took the time to call me and ask a few simple questions that could have helped identify the issue from the start.

Westside is amazing. Both Service & Pre-owned Sales. i don't think I've ever met so many really nice people at one business. Also, the Service waiting area is excellent.
